Mountain ecosystems are very sensitive to climate change. The Bale mountains in Ethiopia supports a number of indigenous flora and fauna , and is source of livelihood for the poor inhabitants. My aim is to see the ecological, socioeconomic, policy, risks and hazards aspects of climate change in this area, partly using Satellite Imagery.
