Workshop Zoonoses RISKTOOL
Fr. 2014-10-17-Sa. 2014-10-18, BerlinWe offer an interdisciplinary workshop about theory and application of the Zoonosis RISKTOOL on 17th and 18th of October in Berlin.
The Zoonosis RISKTOOL is developed within a pilot project of the German Research Platform for Zoonoses. It combines ecological aspects with distribution modelling to identify future areas at risk of zoonoses.
The workshop imparts knowledge on the background of the RISKTOOL as well as of R, and covers questions ranging from data preparation to the integration of ecological aspects. The workshop content will be applied by the participants in a model example in R.
