DESCRIPTION:We offer an interdisciplinary workshop about theory and applica
 tion of the Zoonosis RISKTOOL on 17th and 18th of October in Berlin.\nThe 
 Zoonosis RISKTOOL is developed within a pilot project of the German Resear
 ch Platform for Zoonoses. It combines ecological aspects with distribution
  modelling to identify future areas at risk of zoonoses.\nThe workshop imp
 arts knowledge on the background of the RISKTOOL as well as of R\, and cov
 ers questions ranging from data preparation to the integration of ecologic
 al aspects. The workshop content will be applied by the participants in a
