MYRES 2010: "Structures and Processes of Initial Ecosystem Development"

Mo. 2010-09-20-Sa. 2010-09-25, Cottbus, Germany

Are you an early career scientist interested in feedbacks between physical and biological processes acting on the Earth's surface? Then we invite you to apply to attend MYRES 2010: "Structures and Processes of Initial Ecosystem Development".

MYRES 2010 will take place on the campus of the Brandenburg University of Technology in Cottbus, Germany, September 20 to 25, 2010. The workshop will include a field trip to research sites of the German-Swiss Transregional Collaborative Research Centre (SFB/TRR 38) "Structures and Processes of the Initial Ecosystem Development Phase in an Artificial Water Catchment". The last day of the meeting will be reserved for a facultative tour to the UNESCO Biosphere Reservate Spreewald Forest.

Currently, we are applying for funding so that MYRES will be able to pay airfare and lodging costs for all delegates.
