Exercise course: Project Management and Scientific Coordination (M11) (74060)

The pan-European BiodivERsA-project SIGNAL - "European Gradients of Resilience in the Face of Climate Extremes" is running since spring 2013. The first M11 seminar group helped with its take off in the last winter semester.
This winter we will also dive into the art of project management and scientific coordination on real SIGNAL project tasks – learning by doing! There are numerous challenging things to be organized across ten countries. You will take over responsibility for a special task yourself and reflect your result as well as your working process in the group.
The first preliminary meeting was on October 16, 2013, 9:15-10:00 (S 21, GEO).
The next meeting will be between 13-19 of November.
Participants will take charge of the projects until October 27 - you can still join the course until then.
